The vision for Legacy Ridge is to expand the greatness of Estacada while honoring the history of the previous generations who labored to build our town. For decades, Estacada thrived around the logging industry, which provided many jobs at the lumber mill. Legacy Ridge is located at the site of that former mill.
In recent years, the mill has become desolate—what Isaiah refers to as an “old waste place.” However, we believe the Lord would have us rebuild and advance. Our desire is to attract businesses and diverse housing options that meet the needs of future generations.
We were raised in Estacada, and our businesses are located here. My personal goal is to be a blessing to our town and to steward this project well. We believe God is helping us, and we covet your prayers as we continue this journey.
